Advisement for the minor is available from the Education Leadership Department.
The minor is designed to prepare leaders committed to positive action-oriented social change in organizations and society. It is an interdisciplinary liberal arts program founded on historical and contemporary principles of humanities, education, business, social science and public policy. This innovative and integrative curriculum educates and prepares leaders to navigate and shape complex and diverse spheres of influence in personal, professional and public life. Students actively learn and apply leadership principles, ethics, skills, organizational and community dynamics, and civic engagement. The curriculum is intentionally designed so that all courses are multicultural, multigenerational and multidimensional.

University Undergraduate Minor Policies
Salisbury University minors require:
- The completion of at least 18 credits with grades of C or better.
- At least 15 credits applied toward the minor must be coursework that is not used to satisfy General Education requirements.
- At least 9 credits must be earned at SU.
Take 3 Courses from the Following:
Take at Least 1 in Each Domain and at Least 2 Upper-Division
Domain I: Leadership Skills and Development
Domain II: Organizational and Cultural Dynamics
Take 1 Course from the Following:
All courses must contain practical applications of leadership skills, organizational and cultural dynamics, and civic engagement.
