ODEL 200 - Foundations of Outdoor Education Leadership 3 Hour(s) Credit Introduces history and theory of experiential and outdoor education, including a survey of relevant literature and best practices. Includes leadership techniques, the role of risk, humankind’s relationship with nature and ethics. Develop a personal philosophy of outdoor education. Required to participate in an off-campus field experience. Course fee applies. Three hours per week with enhancement. May Not Receive Credit for Both PHEC 200 and ODEL 200
