ENGL 428 - ESOL Tests and Measurements 4 Hour(s) Credit Focuses on present-day language theory and practice. Objectives are not only to increase students’ skills in writing classroom language tests and assessing standardized instruments intended for second language learners, but also to improve their ability to evaluate language research in which testing plays a part. Three hours per week with enhancement. Prerequisites ENGL 432 or ENGL 434 or permission from instructor.
