COMM 297 - Communication Research 4 Hour(s) Credit Introduction to common communication research methods, including: literature reviews, surveys, experiments, content analysis, rhetorical criticism, ethnography, interviews and focus groups. Students learn essential research and writing skills through projects created in areas of interest such as relationships, business, media, or advertising/public relations. Three hours per week with enhancement. Prerequisites C or better in COMM 101 and COMM 102 . May Not Receive Credit for Both COMM 297 and CMAT 297; COMM 297 and CMAT 301
