Geographic Information Science Minor

Advisement for the minor is available from the Geography and Geosciences Department.
The interdisciplinary minor in geographic information science requires:
- Complete at least 21 credit hours, of which 17 hours may not be counted for General Education and 12 hours must be earned at SU.
- Complete courses with grades of C or better.
- Geography majors are not eligible to earn a geographic information science minor; they may complete the geographic information science track within the geography major.

University Undergraduate Minor Policies
Salisbury University minors require:
- The completion of at least 18 credits with grades of C or better.
- At least 15 credits applied toward the minor must be coursework that is not used to satisfy General Education requirements.
- At least 9 credits must be earned at SU.
