The Asian studies minor is an interdisciplinary minor allowing students to study topics related the continent from a variety of perspectives.
- Complete a minimum of 5 courses (at least 18 credits), with grades of C or better, from the checklist.
- Complete at least 1 course from the Arts/Humanities Section and at least 1 course from the Social Sciences Section. The remaining 3 courses may be taken from any section, including the Survey Courses Section.
- Complete courses from at least 3 different subject areas.
- At least 9 credits must be earned at SU. Credits taken at one of SU’s international partner institutions count as SU courses.

This checklist is an unofficial tool for planning. Matriculated students and advisors should consult the Academic Requirements Report in GullNet before and after registering for classes each semester to track academic progress.

University Undergraduate Minor Policies
Salisbury University minors require:
- The completion of at least 18 credits with grades of C or better.
- At least 15 credits applied toward the minor must be coursework that is not used to satisfy General Education requirements.
- At least 9 credits must be earned at SU.
