Advisement for the minor is available from the Biological Sciences Department.

Complete a total of at least 19 credits, at least 3 of which must be at 300/400 level.
Complete courses with grades of C or better.
No course may double count to fulfill requirements.
Biology majors are ineligible to earn a biology minor.

University Undergraduate Minor Policies

Salisbury University minors require:

The completion of at least 18 credits with grades of C or better.
At least 15 credits applied toward the minor must be coursework that is not used to satisfy General Education requirements.
At least 9 credits must be earned at SU.

BIOL 212 - Introduction to Plant Biology 4 Hour(s) Credit
BIOL 213 - Zoology 4 Hour(s) Credit
BIOL 215 - Human Anatomy and Physiology I 4 Hour(s) Credit
BIOL 216 - Human Anatomy and Physiology II 4 Hour(s) Credit

Complete Additional Courses to Total 7 Hours; 3 Hours at 300/400 Level:

*Approved courses include all BIOL courses at or above the 200 level except BIOL 205 , BIOL 214 , BIOL 217 , BIOL 419 and BIOL 450 .

May receive credit within the minor for up to 6 credits combined of BIOL 415 , BIOL 416 , BIOL 417 and BIOL 420 . A maximum of 3 credits of BIOL 420 may be used toward the minor.
