EXSC 410 - Advanced Exercise Physiology

Provides opportunities to experience and understand, more deeply, the acute and chronic physiological responses and adaptations of the cardiovascular, pulmonary, skeletal muscle, endocrine, neurological, digestive and immune systems with exercise. Become exposed to current literature and controversial topics that are driving exercise recommendations and policies. Builds on principles and concepts learned in EXSC 344 , requiring students to apply their knowledge by completing a scientific investigation.  
Three hours lecture and two hours lab per week
Prerequisites C or better in EXSC 344
