Discussions of timely topics in nursing and health care. Explores concerns in nursing career development including role conflict, role transition and reality shock. Refine skills in assertiveness, clinical decision making, time management and conflict resolution.
Prerequisites NURS 350 , NURS 351  with a C or better or permission of instructor.
