Special topics course. Studies and discussion of a particular past or contemporary period or aspect of music literature. Such topics may include world music, folk music, jazz, rock, blues and modern music. May be used as an upper-level music literature requirement for the music major.
Three hours per week with enhancement.
Meets General Education IIIA or IIIC.
May be taken three times under different course titles.
