BIOL 508 - Science Communication

3 Hour(s) Credit
Introduction to the broad field of science communication. Read and discuss current articles in science, communicate science to the general public and write papers/proposals for a professional science audience. Different media outlets - print, TV, web - are explored.
Three hours per week.
Prerequisites Degree in biology or permission of instructor.
