MGMT 454 - Negotiation


3 Hour(s) Credit
Explores the dynamics of negotiation. Learn interdisciplinary theories of negotiation and concepts important to the mastery of negotiation skills. Develop individual and group negotiation strategies and the use of maximizing techniques in a range of contextual settings are practiced. An experiential course where you engage in team and individual negotiation exercises involving a wide range of business issues. Problem-solving techniques and skills are taught. Upon separate application to the ABLE Program and approval by the Management Department chair, course satisfies the Perdue School of Business ABLE requirement for management students.
