SOCI 325 - Sexuality, Alternatives and Society 4 Hour(s) Credit Examine the social construction of sexual behavior and sexual identity in a cultural context, as well as the relationship between physiology, gender and sexuality. Topics include theories and history of sexuality as a social marker, social inequality and sexuality, the institutionalization of sexuality, sexual behavior, and identity formation and cross cultural practices. A major focus is on lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and transsexual experiences.
