GEOG 333 - Sustainability and Global Development 4 Hour(s) Credit Analysis of concepts, ideologies and social trends that have generated regions referred to as the Global North and Global South. Examine human-nature interactions as they express themselves in demographics, resource distribution, economic disparity, neo-colonialism, energy consumption, food and water availability. Four hours lecture per week. Meets General Education: Social Configurations (SC) Prerequisites Junior standing, at least one human and/or physical geography/geology course.
