Geography Minor

Advisement for the minor is available from the Geography and Geosciences Department.
- The minor in geography requires at least 18 semester hours; 4 courses must be at the 200 level or above, at least 2 of which must be at the 300/400 level.
- 12 credit hours applied toward the minor must be coursework not used to satisfy the major requirements for the Earth science major or the urban and regional planning major.
- Variable-credit courses must be worth 3 credits in order to apply to the minor.
- Complete courses with grades of C or better.
Students should select courses that complement/supplement their major/interests. Faculty are available for students seeking advice in planning a sequence of courses for the minor.

University Undergraduate Minor Policies
Salisbury University minors require:
- The completion of at least 18 credits with grades of C or better.
- At least 15 credits applied toward the minor must be coursework that is not used to satisfy General Education requirements.
- At least 9 credits must be earned at SU.
