ENVR 210 - Principles of Environmental Economics 4 Hour(s) Credit Introduction to the ideas and tools economists use to understand human behavior that is constrained by scarce resources with applications to environmental policy. Analytic tools, including demand and supply analysis, will be used to introduce students to policies to address externalities, including the use of taxes, subsidies and marketable pollution permits. Three hours per week with enhancement.
