EXSC 250 - Strength Training Techniques and Program Design 4 Hour(s) Credit Examination of strength training techniques and program design. Emphasis placed on proper form and utilization of various workout designs to complement larger training goals. Gain experience in the theoretical and practical aspects of designing individual workout sessions, periodization and programming to enhance progression. Three hours lecture, two hours lab per week. Prerequisites FTWL 106 / PHED 175 . May Not Receive Credit for Both EXSC 250 and EXSC 312
