Research project in engineering chosen, designed and car ried out by student with the advice and approval of a faculty member. Actual work may be carried out at off-campus sites. Written report, seminar presentation required.
Six hours per week.
Prerequisites PHYS 470, 40 credits of physics/engineering (or senior standing), department chair approval.
