BIOL 544 - Hormones and Behavior

Provides a comparative approach to the behavior of vertebrate animals (both human and non-human), with special emphasis on the evolution and proximate control of behavior. Relates the genetic, neural and hormonal influences on behavior, including male and female sexual behavior, courtship, aggression, social attachment, parental care, stress and anxiety, and cognition.
