Advisement for the minor is available from the English Department.

Students must complete 4 courses in the department beyond the course used to fulfill the literature requirement.

At least 3 of the English courses used for the minor must be taken at SU.

A grade of C or better is required in courses for the minor.

Students may not use courses to satisfy requirements in multiple English minors and/or major programs of study.

A student may not minor in English to Speakers of Other Languages if they major in English to Speakers of Other Languages/ K-12 Certification, B.A. .

A student may not minor in English to Speakers of Other Languages if they major in English, B.A. English as a Second Language Concentration .
