MGMT 320 - Management and Organizational Behavior 3 Hour(s) Credit Introductory course covering the concepts, theories and methods of managing people and designing organizations. Examine both individual and organizational factors that influence employees’ behavior at work. Topics include motivation, perception, leadership, culture and communication. Three hours per week. Major Prerequisites Admission to Professional Program (Accounting, Business Economics, International Business, Management and Marketing majors with C or better in preprofessional courses). Non-Major Prerequisites Completion of 56 credit hours of college courses and ECON 150 or ECON 211 or ECON 212 with C or better.
