ART 383 - Video Game Design 4 Hour(s) Credit Gain an introduction to the interdisciplinary process of video game design from an artistic perspective. Emphasizing visual aesthetics, narrative structure, and user experience, explore the art and design principles fundamental to creating interactive digital worlds. Develop conceptual art, 3D models, characters, environments, and user interfaces while gaining proficiency in industry-standard game development tools. Through hands-on projects and collaborative work, gain insight into the various stages of game development - from ideation to prototype - while cultivating a deeper understanding of the creative processes behind interactive media.
