MDFL 303 - Intercultural Skills for Success 4 Hour(s) Credit Intercultural competence is the ability to navigate cultural differences and communicate effectively with people from various backgrounds. It is a highly valued skill in today’s globalized workplace and beyond. Develop cross-cultural abilities using methods and practical tools shaped by a personalized assessment of their current strengths. Real-world applications include intercultural activities tailored to career goals, as well as a hands-on community engagement project. Grades are based not on the level of global competence but on active participation and personal growth.
