Studies the basic principles and procedures for the effective management of small- and large-scale conferences and meetings in a variety of contexts, including education, sales and marketing, professional associations and government. Apply the knowledge gained through readings and lecture to actual and simulated conferences. Become involved in the actual planning and management of a conference.
