MGMT 454 - Negotiation

Explore the dynamics of negotiation. Learn interdisciplinary theories of negotiation and concepts important to the mastery of negotiation skills. Develop individual and group negotiation strategies and the use of maximizing techniques in a range of contextual settings are practiced. Through this experiential course, engage in team and individual negotiation exercises involving a wide range of business issues. Learn problem-solving techniques and skills. Completion of this course satisfies the Perdue School of Business ABLE requirement for business management majors and international business majors (MGMT 490 /INTB 490 ).
