NURS 441 - Internship

Precepted practicum emphasizing integration of knowledge, skills, and values needed to care for groups of clients. Opportunities to develop a beginning understanding of unit management issues within the context of a health care organization. Fosters increased independence in providing care to clients facilitating the transition to the role of graduate nurse.
Nine hours per week (Two sessions per week for 7 weeks for an immersive experience of 18 hours per week for 7 weeks for a total of 126 hours)
