GEOG 416 - Sustainable Growth 3 Hour(s) Credit Explore explanations of sustainable development policies addressing urban challenges such as sprawl, lack of open space, and central city decline. Gain an introduction to early efforts to manage urban growth, including growth management and smart growth programs, and discussions of recent approaches to create sustainable growth at the state and local levels.
