ENGR 490 - Engineering Capstone Experience

An engineering research project chosen, designed and carried out by student with the advice and approval of a faculty member. Actual work may be carried out at off-campus sites. Participation in discussions of ethical and responsible scientific practices, an oral progress report, a final written report, and a poster presentation are required.
One hour seminar, six hours research per week

Prerequisites PHYS 470, 40 credits of physics and/or engineering (or senior standing), and department chair approval
