FYS INF02 - Charting Your Course: Business Skills for College and Beyond 4 Hour(s) Credit Comprehensively explore traditional project management, focusing on how these principles can be applied to enhance academic success, personal productivity and academic success. Learn how to use these skills to effectively organize academic workload, manage time and achieve goals by mastering key project management techniques, such as planning, scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting and risk management. These skills, typically used in professional settings and applied in an educational setting, empowering to approach studies with a structured, results-oriented mindset, helping become more efficient and productive learners. Revolves around the enduring question: “How can traditional project management principles be applied in real-world scenarios to enhance personal development, academic success and professional growth in an increasingly complex and fast-paced world? Four hours per week Meets General Education: First Year Seminar (FYS) May Not Receive Credit for Both if a second FYS is taken. Taking a second FYS will replace the original FYS grade, regardless of topic.
