INFO 426 - Supply Chain Analytics

Gain an understanding of the fundamental principles of supply chain management and the role of analytics in supporting and improving decision-making. Explore descriptive, predictive and prescriptive analytics methods, focusing on their applications at the strategic, tactical and operational levels of supply chain decision-making. Learning is facilitated through lectures, homework assignments, and case studies. Learn how to handle various data types and process them for data visualization and analysis, generate a supply chain dashboard using basic functions of MS Excel, conduct predictive analysis to forecast future demand for a business, and formulate mathematical programming models to solve a supply chain problem.
