HHPF 546 - Special Populations Interventions 3 Hour(s) Credit Study of the pathophysiology and psychosocial aspects of aging populations with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and those with Coronary Artery Disease (CAD). Examination of the deleterious effects of COPD and CAD on physical and psychological functioning. Emphasis on cardiac/pulmonary rehabilitation as a mechanism to enhance quality of life in populations with COPD and/or CAD. Three hours per week Prerequisites Admission to the Health and Human Performance Program May Not Receive Credit for Both AHPH 546 and HHPF 546
