Advisement for the minor is available from the Geography and Geosciences Department.
- The minor in marine science requires the completion of at least 18 credit hours of courses, with at least 9 of those hours being credits earned at SU.
- No more than 10 credits can be used toward a student’s major requirements.
- All courses applicable to the minor must be completed with a C or better.
- Earth science majors are not eligible to earn a minor in marine science.

University Undergraduate Minor Policies
Salisbury University minors require:
- The completion of at least 18 credits with grades of C or better.
- At least 15 credits applied toward the minor must be coursework that is not used to satisfy General Education requirements.
- At least 9 credits must be earned at SU.
