Advisement for the minor is available from the History Department.
The history minor allows students in other fields to gain a broad base in the humanities and social sciences and thus enhance their ability to reach higher levels of achievement in their own professional specialization.
Earn grades of C or better in all courses taken for the minor.

Salisbury University minors require:
- The completion of at least 18 credits with grades of C or better.
- At least 15 credits applied toward the minor must be coursework that is not used to satisfy General Education requirements.
- At least nine credits must be earned at SU.
