Study of animal behavior as a set of traits shaped by evolution. Focuses on the integration of how genes, hormones, sensory systems, neurobiology and the environment interact to generate specific behaviors over evolutionary time.
Three hours lecture, two hours laboratory per week.
Prerequisites Graduate standing and permission of instructor.
