BIOL 524 - Medical and Veterinary Entomology 4 Hour(s) Credit Designed for entomology, biology, veterinary and medical students. An introduction to the natural history of arthropods that directly or indirectly impact the health of humans, pets and livestock. Covers the life cycles of arthropods and parasites, vector identification, clinical signs and symptoms of disease, disease epidemiology, and approaches for the control of arthropod-borne diseases.
