HIST 225 - Holocaust: The Destruction of Jewish Life in Europe

Examine the persecution of the Jews and other groups in Nazi Germany, culminating in genocide during World War II. Beyond demonstrating an understanding of the Nazi era (1933-1945) specifically, explain the broader factors that led to these crimes against humanity, as well as the steps that have and have not been taken since then to prevent such atrocities in the future.
