EDUC 504 - Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for Education Leaders

Focuses on readings, critical discourse and problem-solving that relate to race and ethnicity, language, religion, gender, and socioeconomic status. Addresses the complexities of contemporary social issues facing P-16 educational leaders. Examine in-depth current literature, social texts, and ones own educational and leadership practices to better understand the connections that exist between social diversity and education within a democracy.
